You get a 45-minute free call, then (if it makes sense) a paid 3–4 week Assessment with every loss point tied to a rupee figure, in writing, before you commit to anything else. If we can't find ₹10 lakh in recoverable value, we say so — no system proposed, no invoice raised. Being new means we have more to prove, not less. That's why we prove it in writing before we ask for anything bigger.

We don't get paid to deploy technology — we get paid to move your OEE, rejection rate, uptime, and yield. Every engagement ends with a documented before-vs-after report, not a satisfaction survey. If you're on our Managed Operations plan, that audit happens every quarter, against the exact KPI benchmarks we agreed on Day 1.

Is our production data safe with you?

Your production data, ERP exports, and shift logs stay confidential to your engagement — we don't share, sell, or reuse plant-specific data across clients.

Question 4

We already run SAP / an ERP / SCADA. Why do we need this?

Accepted Answer

Your ERP manages transactions — inventory, procurement, finance. It was never built to show you what's happening on the shop floor in real time. That's the gap we close. We connect to your existing ERP and SCADA rather than replacing them — you keep what already works, and get the operational visibility layer that was missing.

How is this different from hiring a manufacturing consultant?

A consultant hands you a set of recommendations and moves on. We build the system that keeps finding and fixing losses after we leave the room — with monitoring, alerts, and a quarterly audit built in. Diagnosis without a system to act on it just becomes another report on a shelf.

What if the Assessment finds nothing worth fixing?

Then you'll have a written report telling you exactly that — and you won't pay us anything beyond the Assessment itself. That outcome is rare, but it happens, and we'd rather lose the next engagement than build something your plant doesn't need.

What does this actually cost?

It depends on your plant's scope — number of lines, systems, and what we're solving for. We don't do flat packages, because a 5-machine plant and a 40-machine plant don't have the same problem to solve. You'll know your exact number in writing, as part of your proposal, before you commit to anything.
